With the aim of contributing to the success of Ukraine's scientists and enhancing the visibility of the country's biotechnology sector, the US-Ukraine Foundation Biotech Initiative will provide grants to help defray the cost of publication of articles in international, peer-reviewed science journals as well as the cost of professional editing services for the submitted article.

Grant applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until funds have been fully allocated, and reviewed within two weeks of submission.

Maximum grant amount: $3,000 

The grant in the amount of the publication fee + editing fee will be paid directly to the journal/editor.

Eligibility:

-Biotechnology researcher currently residing in Ukraine
-Lead author of an English-language article that has been submitted, peer-reviewed and accepted for publication at time of application
