Sikorsky Challenge 2020 Startup Competition

The purpose of this event is to identify the most interesting and up-to-date projects in various fields of technology, and to provide the authors of the best of them with assistance in commercialization, creation of successful start-up companies, and bringing innovative products to the national and international markets.

The competition of startups is one of the most important annual events in the field of innovation in Ukraine. It usually involves project developers in many fields of science and technology as well as representatives of large investment business.

This year, submission of applications is open from 01.11.2019  to 15.09.2020

During this time, the Expert Council will promptly review submitted applications and invite participants to interviews which will be held once a month. Experts and mentors of the Innovation Holding “Sikorsky Challenge”, experts of investment funds and the Science Park “Kyivska Polytechnika” are involved in the Expert Council.

As the results of the interviews, the contestants will receive recommendations on updating their projects to meet the requirements of investment companies and the opportunity to take free training at the Startup School “Sikorsky Challenge” in the areas that were not sufficiently worked out in the project.

Applications for participation in the Competition may be submitted by students, postgraduates, entrepreneurs, scientists and staff of higher education institutions and research institutions, as well as by other individuals.

Age restrictions – participants shall be aged between 16 and 70.
