On December 22, the Lviv Polytechnic University Tech Startup School held their third annual startup competition Startup Proryv 2020.  The event was held virtually and streamed on Facebook.

More than 50 teams and 30 business mentors have participated in the program since its inception. In addition to the pitch competition there are networking meetups, master classes and coaching sessions. The startups have received more than 100,000 UAH in investments.

Nine teams took part in this year's online final: Startup Prostir / Space Kitten / Find Safe Place / Engenius / Green Country / ELeobike / Paper Craft Models / Stanislav / Geeky Food / Chameleon Age

The top five teams will receive prizes from the competition organizers and partners:

Engenius - a device that can predict the breakdown of electric motors
PaperCraft Models - polygonal eco-decor
Stanislav - digital guide designed to make a tourist fall in love with the city
Find Safe Place - instant notification of possible danger in the geolocation zone
ELeobike Serhii Davydov - electric kit for retrofitting bicycles with a smart safety system
